F.A.Q

Q: What transponders can you repair?
A: We can repair every sort of transponder that is known around Europe for any type of sports exept running.

Q: How do I send my transponder to you?
A: Send your transponder to us by Recorded or Special Delivery post.

Q: How do I pay for a repair?
A: You can do cash, cheque or PayPal Online Payment

Q: How long does a repair take?
A: A repair can take up to 20 days depending on the transponder type or state it is in when we recieve it. There can also be a problem pairing the new battery to the board.

Q: What voltage do the batterys take? How do you dissolve the resin? How do you replace the battery in the new type TranX?
A: Simple, get a company who know what there doing. Do not try and do it yourself. 9/10 people who do it themselves ruin the transponder! Transponders use different batteries, we have seen the wrong batteries literally "cook" the transponder! They cost too much new to take the risk, £40 gets you a year's guarantee, trust us with your transponder!

Q: Can I get a charger only?
A: Yes you can, you will have to contact us to arrange delivery.

Q: What happens if my case is broken?
A: If your case is broken you can get a new case fitted to your transponder, this is a popular choice and works out cheeper if you get your transponder repaired at the same time as you get your case replaced. This is only on TranX 160 and TranX 260 old type (4 screws) transponder. Click Here To See The Transponder Cases

Q: How do I charge my transponder after the battery has been replaced?
A: Not every transponder is the same, you should get a charge sheet when you receive your transponder stating what you have to do with your unit.
